KDC: Completing the transfer of shares of KDF

Based on the Board resolution dated January 17, 2023, the Board of Directors of KIDO Group Corporation approved the policy to transfer 17,821,600 shares of Kido Frozen Foods Joint Stock Company (KDF), equivalent to 24.03% charter capital. Accordingly, the Company completed the transfer of these shares on April 28, 2023.
