PSD: Change in personnel

Petroleum General Distribution Services Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since 28/4/2023. 
- Mr. Le Hoang Giang has been appointed independent member of the Board of Directors with effect since 28/4/2023. 
- Mr. Pham Minh Thu has been dismissed from member of the Board of Directors with effect since 28/4/2023. 
- Mr. Ho Hoang Nguyen Vu has been dismissed from independent member of the Board of Directors with effect since 28/4/2023.
