VICEM Materials Transport Cement Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi has been appointed as Chair of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Tran Khac Manh with effect since 27/04/2023
- Mr. Tran Khac Manh has been dismissed from his chairmanship of the Board of Directors with effect since 27/04/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Van Chang has been dismissed from his membership of the Board of Directors with effect since 27/04/2023
