PetroVietnam Oil Corporation announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Hang Anh Minh has resigned from Independent Member of the BOD with effect since 27/04/2023 
- Mr. Le Ngoc Quanghas resigned from Independent Member of the BOD with effect since 27/04/2023 
- Ms. Tran Thi Phuong has resigned from Member of the Supervisory Board  with effect since 27/04/2023
- Mr. Cao Hoai Duong has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since 27/04/2023
- Mr. Le Van Nghia has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 27/04/2023
- Mr. Tran Hoai Nam has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 27/04/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quyen has been appointed Independent Member of the BOD with effect since 27/04/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Dang Trinh has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 27/04/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Duc Ken has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 27/04/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board  with effect since 27/04/2023
