1. Appointment of the Board of Directors
1.1. Mr. Ly Xuan Tuyen has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since April 27, 2023
1.2. Mr. Pham Vu Hai has been appointed Member of the Board of Directors with effect since April 27, 2023 
2. Appointment of Supervisory Board
- Ms. Vu Thi  Thanh Hao has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with effect since April 27, 2023
3. Dismissal of the Board of Directors
3.1. Mr. Dao Minh has been dismissed from Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since April 27, 2023
3.2. Mr. Vu Duc Trung has been dismissed from Member of the Board of Directors with effect since April 27, 2023
4. Dismissal of Supervisory Board
