S12: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no.29 CT/TCKT dated 27th April 2023 of Song Da 12 Joint stock company (securities code: S12), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce 9th change of payment of 2011 cash dividend of S12 share (record date: 31st October 2014) as follows:
Announced information in the Notice no.5906/VSD-ĐK.NV dated 9th June 2021:
- Payment time: 30th June 2023
Changed information:
- Payment time: 30th June 2025
Reason: Because Song Da 12 Joint Stock Company encountered many financial difficulties, there were many receivables from organizations and individuals that could not be collected, so the Company is unable to pay 2011 dividend.
Other contents in the Notice no.5906/VSD-ĐK dated 9th June 2021 by VSD remain unchanged.
