Pursuant to the document no. 848/TB-SBH dated 26th April 2023 of Song Ba Ha Hydro Power Join Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 6th April 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 998/TB-VSD dated 16th March 2023 by VSD
Reason: to finalize issues submitted to 2023 Annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
