YTC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 227/2023/YTC-HC dated 5th May 2023 of Ho Chi Minh City Medical Import Export Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 23rd March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 427/TB-CNVSD dated 7th March 2023 by VSD's Branch
Reason: the Company needs more time to prepare the Annual General meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
