BIG: Cancellation of the Record Date for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 02/2023/BIG dated 28th April 2023 of BIG Invest Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: BIG) on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date (15th May 2023) for 2023 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 1339/TB-VSD dated 26th April 2023 by VSD
Reason: the Company is unable to organize 2023 annual general meeting on 25th June 2023
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
