TMP: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 1593/TMP-TCKT dated 4th May 2023 of Thac Mo Hydro Power Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 14th April 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 603/TB-CNVSD dated 29th March 2023 by VSD's Branch
Reason: Pursuant to Resolution no.330/NQ-TMP-HĐQT dated 27th April 2023 by the Board of Directors of TMP on approving change of 2023 annual general meeting time, TMP extended the meeting time up to 6 months from the end of fisal year to prepare meeting materials and agenda.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
