- Mr. Hoang Quang Thanh has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 05/05/2023
- Mr. Phan Huy Ty has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 05/05/2023
- Mr. Vu Xuan Dung has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 05/05/2023
- Mr. Vu Dinh Duc has resigned from Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 05/05/2023
- Mr. Hoang Quang Thanh has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 05/05/2023
- Mr. Phan Huy Ty has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 05/05/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 05/05/2023
- Mr. Tran Duc Giang has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 05/05/2023
