OPC: Notice of record date for dividend payment

On March 28, 2023, OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company announces the record date to pay the remaining cash dividend in 2023 as follows: 1)      Record date: May 18, 2023 2)      Exercise ratio: 5%/share (500 dong/share) 3)      Payment time: May 25, 2023. 4)      Place of implementation: a)      For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account. b)      For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card and Share ownership certificate when receiving dividend at the Head office.
