POM: POM put into warning status

On May 05, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to put the shares of Pomina Steel Corporation (stock code: POM) in warning status as of May 12, 2023. Reason: the undistributed profit after tax until 12/31/2022 according to the audited consolidated financial statements was -444.68 billion dongs. This is the case of securities being warned under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
