VKC: Notice of stock status

On 08/05/2023, HNX announces the status of VKC Holdings Join Stock Company’s shares (stock code: VKC) as follows: VKC shares are put under trading restriction starting from 09/05/2023 due to the reason the Company is forced into mandatory delisting out of the auditor's disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at Point c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
