VKC: Stock under trading restriction

Following Decision No. 421/QD-SGDHN dated 08/05/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: VKC Holdings Join Stock Company
- Stock code: VKC
- Reason: The Company is forced into mandatory delisting out of the auditor's disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statements 2022
- Effective date: 09/05/2023
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday. 
- Applicable laws: Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
