RIC: Change in personnel

Royal International Corporation announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Lin Yi Huang (Desmond) has resigned from Chair of the BOD with effect since May 05, 2023;
- Ms. Nguyen Khoa Hoang Anh has resigned from Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect since May 05, 2023;
- Ms. Chen Yu Chen has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2021-2025 cum Legal Representative with effect since 05/05/2023;
- Mr. Dau Quoc Dzung has been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee for the term 2021-2025 with effect since May 05, 2023.
