XMC: Change in personnel

Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete & Construction JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Kim Manh Ha has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 05/05/2023
- Mr. Luong Anh Tuan has resigned from Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 05/05/2023
- Ms. Dinh Thi Thanh Ha has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 05/05/2023
- Ms. Pham My Hanh has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 05/05/2023
