SBH: Cancellation of the record date for the list of shareholders attending Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023

On May 05, 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository announced Official Dispatch No. 4097/VSD-DK.NV on the cancellation of record list of shareholders exercising the rights to attend Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 as follows:
Cancel the list of SBH shareholders exercising the rights to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023, recorded on 06/04/2023, as per Notice No. 998/TB-VSD dated 16/03/2023 of the Vietnam Securities Depository.
Reason: The Company needs time to prepare the meeting documents to present for Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023
