PCE: Change in personnel

Central PetroVietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Van Loc has been appointed Chief Accountant for a 5 year term with effect since 08/05/2023. 
- Mr. Le Thanh Vien has been dismissed from Chief Accountant for a 5 year term with effect since 08/05/2023.
