USD: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 21/TB-CTĐT dated 9th May 2023 of Soc Trang Public Works Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 28th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 488/TB-CNVSD dated 10th March 2023 by VSD's Branch
Reason: state capital owner at the Company (according to Document No. 776/UBND-TH dated 7th April 2023 of Soc Trang Province People's Committee) and State capital representative at the Company (according to Document No. 01/CTDT- NDD dated 17th April 2023) had comments and proposal to the Board of Directors of the Company to postpone the time of holding 2023 Annual General Meeting to June 2023.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
