SMA: Lifting the warning status

On May 08, 2023, Long Hau Corporation received decision No.213/QĐ-SGDHCM by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to lift the shares of SMA out of the warning status as from May 10, 2023 Reason: the undistributed profit after tax until 12/31/2022 was -11.3 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2022 and the auditor expressed an unqualified opinion on the audited financial statements in 2022. This is the case of securities being lifted out of the warning status under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange
