SMA: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2023

Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the 2023 annual general meeting dated May 08, 2023:   Article 1: AGM approved the report of the BOD in 2022. Article 2: AGM approved the report of the Supervisory Board in 2022. Article 3: AGM approved to the audited financial statements in fiscal year 2022. Article 4: AGM approved the remuneration for the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors. Article 5: AGM approved to choose Auditing firm to be the audit firm for SMA in the fiscal year of 2023. Article 6: AGM approved the resignation of Mrs. Pham Thi Thu Phuong as a member of the Supervisory Board. Article 7: AGM approved the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Ho Ngoc as a member of the Supervisory Board in the term 2020-2025. Article 8: AGM approved the 2022 profit distribution plan.
