PDC: Change in personnel

Phuong Dong Petroleum Tourism Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Le Thanh Than has resigned from Chair of the BOD for the term 2018-2023 with effect since 26/04/2023;
- Mr. Dinh Sy Duc has resigned from Vice-chair of the BOD for the term 2018-2023 with effect since 26/04/2023;
- Ms. Le Thi Hoang Yen has resigned from Member of the BOD for the term 2018-2023 with effect since 26/04/2023;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2018-2023 with effect since 26/04/2023;
- Mr. Do Trung Kien has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 26/04/2023;
- Ms. Pham Thi Thu Thuy, Mr. Le Hai An and Mr. Thai Hong Nha have been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 26/04/2023;
- Mr. Le Van Thanh has been appointed Independent Member of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 26/04/2023;
- Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 26/04/2023; 
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha and Ms. Phan Thi An have been appointed Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 26/04/2023.
