Pursuant to the document no. 72/CV-NCS dated 24th April 2023 of NoiBai Catering Services Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)  would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 27th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 878/TB-VSD dated 10th March 2023 by VSD
Reason:The company needs more time for preparation of Annual General Meeting, ensure to comply with the law and the Company's Charter.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
