On 10/05/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 426/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under supervision
·         Issuer: Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company
·         Securities type: common stock
·         Stock code: TVC
·         Effective date: 12/05/2023
·         Reason: the company is late to submit the audited financial statements for 2022 more than 30 days before the prescribed time limit
·         Applicable law(s): Point g, Clause 1 Article 38 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under supervision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
