+ Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (SB) on 2022 activities and 2023 plan;
+ Report by the Management Board on 2022 business results and 2023 plan
+ Proposal for approving 2022 audited seperated and consolidated financial statements;
+ Proposal for 2022 profit distribution and 2023 plan
+ Proposal for 2022 remuneration to the BOD and SB, 2023 plan
+ Proposal for selecting an independent auditing company for 2023 financial statements;
+ Proposal for approving record of receivable from land use amount additionally paid in accordance with Judgment No. 912/2022/HS-PT dated 28th December 2022 and belated payment as requested by the State Auditor of IV Region and reserves at the time of making financial statements;
+ Proposal for identifying 2 land plots in Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province not under management and use right of Binh Duong Producing and Trading Corporation (the time period of a joint stock company) but under management and use of Binh Duong Producing and Trading One Member Limited Liability Company (pre-equitization period).
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 31st May 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
