X77: ​Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 425/QD-SGDHN dated May 10, 2023, HNX shares the continued trading restriction of Thanh An 77 Joint stock company’s (stock code: X77) as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: The company stops its main production and business activities for 1 year or more and the reason that the company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022.
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point c,d, Clause 1, Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, ACM must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
