X77: Notice of stock status

On 10/05/2023, HNX announces the status of Thanh An 77 Joint stock company’s shares (stock code: X77) as follows: X77 shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022 and the reason that the company stops its main production and business activities for 1 year or more as prescribed at point a, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
