SGT: Lifting the warning status

On May 09, 2023, Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation received decision No.215/QĐ-SGDHCM by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to lift the shares of SGT out of the warning status as from May 11, 2023 Reason: The Company overcame the situation of securities being warned and strictly comply with regulations on information disclosure. This is the case of securities being lifted out of the warning status under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
