On May 09, 2023, Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company announces the record date as follows: -          Record date: May 23, 2023 1)      Reason and purpose: to pay cash dividend for 2022. 2)      Content: -          Exercise ratio: 30%/share (3,000 dongs/share); Of which: + Phase 1: 500d dong/share (payment date: June 12, 2023) + Phase 2: 1,000 dong/share (payment date: July 31, 2023) + Phase 3: 1,500 dongs/share (payment date: September 29, 2023). -          Place of implementation: + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account. + For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at VSH’s head office on working days.
