VPG: BOD resolution dated May 10, 2023

The Board resolution dated May 10, 2023, the BOD of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: 1)      Approving to promulgate the Internal Regulation on Corporate Governance, Operating Regulation of the Board of Directors. 2)      Approving to select Deloitte Vietnam Auditing Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.
