KDH: BOD resolution dated May 11, 2023

The Board resolution dated May 11, 2023, the BOD of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: 1)      Approved that Nam Phu Real Estate Development Company Limited (KDH owned 99% charter capital) agreed to dissolve Nguyen Thu Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (Nam Phu Real Estate Development Company Limited owned 99% charter capital). 2)      Approved that Tri Minh Real Estate Business and Investment Joint Stock Company (KDH owned 99.8% charter capital) agreed to dissolve Lien Minh Real Estate Business and Investment Company Limited (Tri Minh Real Estate Business and Investment Joint Stock Company owned 99.8% charter capital).
