TVN: Change in personnel

Viet Nam Steel Corporation announced change in personnel as follows:
1. Mr. Le Thanh Tuan has been dismissed from Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since May 12, 2023
2. Mr. Le Song Lai has been dismissed from Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager with effect since May 12, 2023
3. Mr. Le Anh Minh has been dismissed from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since May 12, 2023
4. Mr. Le Song Lai has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since May 12, 2023
5. Mr. Nghiem Xuan Da has been appointed Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager with effect since May 12, 2023
6. Ms. Truong Thi Tuyet has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with effect since May 12, 2023
