On 11/5/2023, National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced the information disclosure on maximum ownership rate of foreign investors. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership rate at 9% according to regulations at Decree No. 155/2020/NDCP on December 31, 2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of some articles of the securities law.
