On May 12, 2023, the BOD of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company (VIC) issued the resolution to approved to take part in the business combination agreement under de-SPAC among Vinfast Auto Pte. Ltd. (VFSG), Nuevo Tech Limited and Black Spade Acquisition Co. After the transaction, VFSG will be listed in the US.
