- Ms. Tran Thi Tuong Vi has been appointed Person in charge of Corporate Governance and Secretariat with effect since May 25, 2023
- Mr. Vu Van Tam has been dismissed from Legal Representative, Information Disclosure Officer with effect since May 15, 2023
- Ms. Dang Thi Bich Lien has been dismissed from Person in charge of Corporate Governance and Secretariat with effect since May 25, 2023
