PEC: Notice of stock status

On May 16, 2023, HNX announces the status of Power Engineering Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PEC) as follows: PEC shares are put on alert starting from 18/05/2023 due to the reason that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
