- Mr. Nong Ngoc Phuong has resigned from Member of the BOD for the term 2020-2025 with effect since May 12, 2023;
- Ms. Huynh Le Le Diem has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2020-2025 with effect since May 12, 2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Duc Anh has been appointed non-specialist Member of the BOD for the term 2020-2025 with effect since May 12, 2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Trong Dai has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board cum non-specialist Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2020-2025 with effect since May 12, 2023.
