TPB: Plan for increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated April 28, 2023, the BOD of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved to implement the plan to increase its charter capital from VND15,817,554,950,000 to VND22,016,454,730,000 from the share issuance to existing shareholders according to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 26, 2023.
