On May 16, 2023, the BOD of Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend in 2022 as follows: -          Stock name: Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company -          Stock type: common share -          Par value: VND10,000/share -          Number of shares expected to be issued: 25,715,852 shares -          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND257,158,520,000 -          Exercise ratio: 8% (25:2) (Those own who 25 shares will receive 02 new shares) -          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled -          Estimated time of implementation: 2023, being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
