HU3: Notice of stock status

On April 20, 2023, HNX announces the status of HUD3 Investment and Construction JSC.’s shares (stock code: HU3) as follows: HU3 shares are under continued trading restriction since 17/05/2023 due to the fact that audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years (2020,2021,2022) according to the provisions at Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
