SD4: Shares could be delisted

On May 16, 2023, the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced Official Dispatch No. 1765/TB-SGDHN on the ability of SD4 shares to be delisted according to the provisions of Point h, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due to auditors’ qualified opinions for audited Finance Statements of the Company in 3 consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022). The Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider the compulsory delisting of SD4 shares.
