OCB: BOD resolution dated May 16, 2023

The Board resolution dated May 16, 2023, the BOD of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following contents: 1)      Canceling the plan of share insurance for existing shareholders with the ratio 30%/ charter capital. 2)      Implementing the share insurance for existing shareholders with the ratio of 50%/ charter capital.
