- Mr. Nguyen Trong Hieu has resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 17/05/2023
- Mr. Tran Thach Tan has resigned from General Manager with effect since 17/05/2023
- Mr. Tran Thach Tan has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since 17/05/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Hong Giang has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 17/05/2023
