On May 18, 2023, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group approved a plan for issuing shares to the dividend payment:   1)      Stock name: Stock of Hoa Sen Group 2)      Stock type: common share 3)      Expected issue volume: 17,941,649 shares 4)      Issue ratio: 3% 5)      Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax.  6)      Record date: expected in June 2023 7)      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
