The Board resolution dated May 17, 2023, the Board of Camau Trading Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: 1)      Approved the nomination of Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh to be independent member of the BOD for the term IV (2023-2027). 2)      Approved the reports for the term III (2018-2022). 3)      Approved the proposal on business plan in 2023 and the term IV (2023-2027). 4)      Approved the proposal on the change of company charter. 5)      Approved the report on the business result in quarter 1/ 2023.
