SD4: Transferring registration, depository data of SD4 shares from HNX to UPCOM

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for SD4 shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 10,300,000 shares

- Total value of registered securities: 103,000,000,000 VND
From 16th June 2023, VSD will transfer data of registration and depository of SD4 shares from HNX to UPCOM.
Reason: Shares of Song Da No 04 Joint Stock Company was delisted in accordance with Decision no. 439/QĐ-SGDHN dated 16th May 2023 of Hanoi Stock Exchange
