ILA: Change in personnel

ILA Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Vo Xuan Phong has been appointed as Chair of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Le Cong Hoang for the term 2021-2026 with effect since 18/05/2023
- Mr. Dang Xuan Huu has been appointed as member of the Board of Directors for the term 2021-2026 with effect since 18/05/2023
- Mr. Than Xuan Nghia has been appointed as independent member of the Board of Directors for the term 2021-2026 with effect since 18/05/2023
- Mr. Le Nhat Nguyen has been appointed as non-executive member of the Board of Directors for the term 2021-2026 with effect since 18/05/2023
- Ms. Le Thi Diem Kieu has been appointed as Chief of the Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Thanh Nhan for the term 2021-2026 with effect since 18/05/2023
- Mr.  Ho Viet Anh and Mr. Cao Xuan Phuong have been dismissed from theri membership of the Board of Directors with effect since 18/05/2023
- Mr. Le Tuan Anh has been dismissed from his membership of the Board of Directors with effect since 18/05/2023
