SZC: Notice of foreign ownership ratio limit

According to the Official Document No.2813/UBCK-PTTT dated May 19, 2023 by the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), SSC approved that the foreign ownership ratio limit of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (SZC) will be 20%.
