PVA: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC’s shares (stock code: PVA) as follows:       
- PVA shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the company stops the main production and business activities for 01 year or more; The auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2020; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Financial Statement of 2020; the company is late to submit the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of 2021, 2022 and audited financial statement of 2021 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure as prescribed at points a, b, c and dd Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- PVA shares are put on alert due to the reason that the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the time limit from the end of the fiscal year.
